“ I’d like to start by saying I’m not from Lubbock so trying to find a bbq place on a Monday was almost impossible for some reason lol. But thankfully we were able to find this place! Their food is super yummy and pretty reasonable as well. I personally loved the pork ribs and the brisket the most. Staff is super sweet and are always there to serve. The environment is super friendly as well and the food came very fast which was nice as there wasn’t a long wait at all. Overall great place! ”
“ This my second time at J & M, first time I came and had the jalapeno sausage sandwich plate. it cams with two sides, I chose fries and beans. This time I got the German sausage sandwich plate with the same sides. Food was cooked consistently flawless and easy on the eyes. The atmosphere is that of a movie scene or a music video. Imma keep coming bk and turning my friends and family on to this little spot hidden between Indiana and Quaker on 34th street. Staff is friendly, affordable menu, no complaints.
